Account Registration

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the je88 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following terms. je88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available payment options may change from time to time and the current options are displayed within your account.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the Deposit section.
- All funds deposited to your je88 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- je88 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit before processing associated withdrawals.
- je88 does not accept deposits made from funds obtained through illegal activity. Any deposit suspected to originate from illegal sources will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the je88 account. je88 does not make third-party payments.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed.
- je88 reserves the right to carry out additional KYC checks before approving any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification checks.
Bonuses and Promotions
je88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
- Bonuses are available to one registered account per household address and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses by creating additional accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover amount applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- je88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional offers, or coordinated wagering activity intended to reduce wagering risk.
- Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be removed from your account balance on the expiry date specified in the promotion terms.
Prohibited Conduct
The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited on the je88 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in account suspension or permanent closure and may result in the forfeiture of balances held in the account, regardless of their origin.
- Accessing the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating underage access to the platform by any means.
- Using automated scripts, bots, software tools, or artificial intelligence systems to access, navigate, or place bets on the platform without the express written consent of je88.
- Using the platform to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through gambling transactions.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party, or transferring your account or account funds to another person.
je88 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating suspected fraudulent or criminal activity. Where je88 reasonably suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred or is occurring, it will preserve all relevant account data and transaction records for disclosure to the relevant authorities. je88 will not provide advance notice of any such investigation to the account holder.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
je88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to prevent problem gambling on the platform. By using je88, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are responsible for managing your own gambling behaviour within your personal means.
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can add to your account balance.

Account Termination and Suspension

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, je88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the je88 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services, even if je88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
je88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. je88 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of any downtime or technical failure.
Changes to These Terms
je88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the je88 platform after the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
